Shipping days are Monday to Friday, ( There is no courier service on a friday for saturday/Sunday delivery, so any orders on Friday will be sent out on Monday) excluding Bank Holidays and Courier Christmas Holidays. We only send to the UK. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier company. If you request the product to be left on your premises without signature, we take no responsiblity of said item.
BAVISTER'S PET CENTRE is not resposible for defrosted items if no one is able to accept the delivery.

Orders containing live or frozen products are only shipped Monday-Thursday. We will inform you by email when your order has been despatched. If you have not received your order within 1 working days please contact us as soon as possible.
While we make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and the electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours. There may be occasions, that we will have to part-ship your order. If we are unable to deliver your order within 7 days we will try to contact you via email with an estimated delivery date.
Please check individual items for delivery costs. Certain products delivered to Northern Ireland and high lands etc might incur additional charges, we will make contact with you when we are aware of the additional charges so you can confirm there and then if your require the products.
A 25% re-stocking charge is on all returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with our goods you have the right to cancel the contract, return the goods (at your expence) and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. You may return your order within 14 days upon receipt (EXCLUDING LIVE GOODS AND PERISHABLE GOODS).
Please return it unused, including packaging & obtain proof of return from the carrier (this can be in the form of a proof of posting certificate available from the Post Office).
We will cover the cost of return for damaged and faulty goods only. Please send us an email explaining your reason for wanting to return your item.
