Miro Worms (Zophobas)
Morio worms are mainly used by aviary bird keepers and reptile owners for a various of creatures. The Morio worms are much larger than the common mealworm, They are the larvae of the Zophobas Morio beetle and are a species of darkling beetle. Over recent years, morio worms have increased in popularity due to their broad range of uses.
Morio worms should not be stored in temperatures below the ideal storage temperature of 18 degrees as this will seriously reduce their longevity and result in premature death, they do prefer to kept in the dark.
